Amazon now offers a new tool called 'Help Me Decide.' It uses artificial intelligence to cut down the time you spend choosing products. If you feel lost among dozens of similar items, the tool shows three clear choices - a best value pick, a low cost pick and a premium pick.
Many people open page after page of nearly identical products but also still leave without buying. 'Help Me Decide' appears after you view multiple like items but do not add any to your cart. It reads your clicks, search words, past orders and any filters you set - lists one product that best matches those signals.
The same system that powers 'Help Me Decide' also runs older features like 'Interests,' where you type a hobby and receive new product alerts. Amazon keeps adding similar AI tools so that each shopper sees fewer random listings as well as more items that fit personal taste and price range.
The tool is live for shoppers in the United States. Open the Amazon Shopping app on a phone or visit the site from a mobile browser. When you look at an air fryer page, a 'Help Me Decide' button appears near the pictures. You can also reach it from the home screen by tapping 'Keep shopping for.' After you tap the button, you receive three cards - the top pick, the budget pick and the upgrade pick. Each card shows the price, a short reason for the choice or a direct link to buy.
