Anhui Zhongding Sealing Parts Co., Ltd. has officially announced the rollout of its first full-size humanoid robot, a significant milestone achieved through its joint venture, Hefei Dingli Kexing Intelligent Robot Co., Ltd. This development marks Zhongding's transition from conceptualizing humanoid robots to actual production, showcasing its integrated capabilities from component manufacturing to final system assembly.
The newly launched humanoid robot is the product of Hefei Dingli Kexing, a collaborative venture between Zhongding, LimX Dynamics, and Hefei Flexible Kexing. This initiative underscores Zhongding's commitment to advancing its presence in the robotics sector, moving beyond its traditional automotive parts manufacturing.
Zhongding is backing this expansion with a substantial investment of approximately 1.2 billion yuan for a new research, development, and manufacturing center. This facility will focus on both robot bodies and critical core components. The humanoid robot production line alone is projected to have an annual capacity of 3,000 units, with an ambitious target of generating nearly 200 million yuan in output value by 2026.
Drawing upon its extensive experience in precision manufacturing within the automotive industry, Zhongding is strategically positioning itself as a key player in the humanoid robotics supply chain. The company entered this field in 2025 via its subsidiary, Anhui Risibo Robot Technology. Since then, it has cultivated a network of strategic alliances with prominent domestic companies, including LimX Dynamics, Chery Robot, Zhenqiong Robotics, Fourier Intelligence, and EFORT. These collaborations are instrumental in building an industrial ecosystem for Zhongding's robotics components and chassis.
A notable partnership was established in November 2025 with Fourier Intelligence, specifically targeting the humanoid robotics sector. This agreement emphasizes comprehensive cooperation in the development and manufacturing of core components. Key areas of focus include harmonic and planetary reducers, force sensors, lightweight skeletal structures, and coreless motors. The partnership aims to establish a long-term framework encompassing product development, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance.
Zhongding has already secured significant production orders from various enterprises for essential components such as harmonic reducers, force sensors, and lightweight skeletons, demonstrating market confidence in its capabilities.
