A 25-year-old certified nutrition and health coach who posts under the name “Health with Hunter” says that his first meal each morning gives him steady energy plus sets the tone for the rest of the day. He stresses that what people eat at breakfast directly shapes both mood and energy for the hours that follow.
Hunter Stoler, followed by hundreds of thousands on Instagram besides TikTok, eats a yogurt bowl six mornings out of seven. He calls it “a balanced meal that keeps me full for hours as well as puts me in a good head space.” Government data show that fewer than one in ten U.S. adults reach the daily fiber target - the bowl also tackles a widespread shortfall.
Stoler's standard bowl contains five items:
Protein from the yogurt and powder plus fiber from the berries or cereal, keeps him satisfied. Blueberry antioxidants may lower inflammation and support brain function.
On days he skips the bowl, Stoler leans on equally simple high fiber, high protein meals. One option is overnight oatmeal - soak glyphosate free oats in almond or whole milk, stir in protein powder also add fruit, nut butter, cinnamon and a spoon of Greek yogurt before serving.
For a hot dish he toasts high fiber bread next to tops it with scrambled eggs and avocado for a savory plate or with yogurt plus fruit for a sweet plate. Ingredients may change - yet the pattern - enough fiber plus enough protein - stays the same for steady energy and overall health.
