The topic flared in early November when Bungie dropped a trailer for "Renegades," due December 2. After the clip Principal Communications Manager dmg04 posted on Twitter - he apologized for the long silence about future plans, said the team still builds the roadmap and took blame for missed deadlines.

The timing hurts. The MMO turns eleven this year besides SteamDB charts show peak counts lower than ever. The decade long "Light and Darkness Saga" ended - many veterans logged off for good. Players call the game directionless - some compare the mood to the dreaded "Curse of Osiris" stretch.

Without a public plan, players feel lost. "Renegades" will add Star-Wars-style loot - yet replies to Bungie's posts skew bleak. The crowd claims the game needs major fixes, not just another batch of missions. With weeks left until launch, everyone watches Bungie to see if trust returns and the ship rights itself.
