Fans of the well received medieval RPG Kingdom Come - Deliverance 2 are about to receive the last part of the story. The game earned praise for its believable world and smoother systems and the final add on will wrap up the tale of Henry of Skalitz that was promised after launch.
Developer Warhorse Studios states that the last DLC, named Mysteria Ecclesia, arrives on November 11 for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The pack offers a different kind of journey - instead of open warfare, Henry faces a close quarters mystery.
In Mysteria Ecclesia, you steer Henry while he works as a lone investigator. The action takes place inside Sedletz Monastery, where a strange and fatal sickness moves from monk to monk. Henry must hunt for evidence and learn why the illness appeared giving the RPG a clear detective thread.
The add on rests on a solid base. Reviewers greeted the main game with strong approval - we labeled it a “triumphant sequel” and gave it 9/10 for its sharper combat, smarter quests and steadier tech than the first game. That standard raises the bar for the finale.
Once Mysteria Ecclesia goes live, the post launch plan for Kingdom Come - Deliverance 2 ends. The milestone closes a chapter for Warhorse Studios and leaves players guessing where the series heads next. For the moment they have one last dense mystery to solve in fifteenth century Bohemia.
