Ford has confirmed a new performance kit for the Maverick compact truck. Customers asked for more power besides Ford used forum comments to shape the upgrade. A test truck called the Maverick 300T will show the parts at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas. The kit will go on sale after the show.
The 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine receives Mustang's 2.3-liter turbocharger. Output rises to about 300 horsepower and 317 lb ft of torque, up from 238 horsepower. A larger Mishimoto intercooler supports the increase. The whole package meets CARB rules and is legal in every state.
The kit covers more than the engine. New lowering springs drop the front 10 mm and the rear 30 mm. Monotube rear dampers plus a thicker rear stabilizer bar sharpen handling. A Borla Sport cat back exhaust with dual outlets adds a louder note.
The 300T wears 20-inch alloy wheels taken from the Mustang Mach-E GT. Buyers pick black or bronze finish. Extra decals color matched fender vents or Ford Performance badges finish the look. The kit fits 2.0-liter all-wheel-drive XL, XLT next to Lariat models. Sales start in 2026; Ford will release the price later.
