Roush Performance has unveiled the 2026 Nitemare, a modified F-150 that channels the aggressive spirit of the legendary Ford F-150 SVT Lightning. Aimed at enthusiasts who miss factory-built street trucks, the Nitemare offers a potent blend of enhanced performance, aggressive styling, and a lowered stance, making it a compelling option for those seeking a high-performance pickup.
The heart of the Nitemare is its optional supercharged 5.0-liter V8 engine, which unleashes over 705 horsepower and 635 lb-ft of torque. This formidable power output brings it remarkably close to the performance figures of the F-150 Raptor R. Complementing the power surge is a meticulously engineered suspension system. This includes performance coilovers, drop spindles, twin-tube dampers, progressive-rate springs, and an upgraded sway bar. The result is a dramatic lowering of the truck's profile, with the front end dropping by 3 inches and the rear by 5 inches, creating an aggressive, road-hugging stance.
Visually, the Nitemare is distinguished by a new bedside graphic package featuring "Nitemare" badging and a checkered flag motif. Other exterior highlights include an illuminated Roush-branded grille, a ventilated hood, a cat-back exhaust system, an upgraded braking system with slotted rotors, and 22-inch gloss black wheels wrapped in General Tire G-MAX AS-07 tires. Inside, Roush has focused on elevating the cabin experience. Upgrades include a fully carpeted interior, embroidered floor mats, a leather steering wheel with red carbon fiber accents, Raven Black leather seats with red accents and embroidered headrests, aluminum pedals, and an available carbon fiber trim package.
The Roush Nitemare conversion adds $22,999 to the base price of the F-150. For those seeking the ultimate performance boost, the supercharger kit is an additional $8,899.99. These upgrades position the Nitemare as a premium, performance-oriented truck for enthusiasts looking for a factory-level custom experience.
