McLaren is commemorating its tenth Formula 1 Constructors' Championship with a highly exclusive run of just 10 Artura Spider MCL39 Championship Edition models. These special convertibles are a direct homage to the championship-winning MCL39 race car, featuring bespoke hand-painted liveries and unique details that celebrate McLaren's rich racing heritage.
The Artura Spider MCL39 Championship Edition is the result of McLaren Special Operations' meticulous craftsmanship. The exterior boasts a striking hand-painted livery in Myan Orange and Onyx Black, directly inspired by the MCL39 Formula 1 car. Subtle yet significant details include a painted '10' logo adorned with stars and outlines of McLaren's previous title-winning cars, making each vehicle a rolling piece of motorsport history.
Complementing the vibrant livery, the special edition Artura Spider features 10-spoke Super-Lightweight Dynamo forged alloy wheels finished in gloss black, along with black badging for a stealthier appearance. A performance sports exhaust system promises an auditory experience befitting a McLaren supercar. Inside, the theme of contrast continues with '10' headrest embroidery in McLaren Orange and a Myan Orange stripe on the steering wheel's 12 o'clock position, set against a backdrop of Performance Carbon Black Alcantara and Jet Black Nappa Leather upholstery.
Beyond the visual enhancements, owners of the Artura Spider MCL39 Championship Edition will receive unique memorabilia. The carbon fiber sill plates are personally signed by McLaren's 2025 F1 Drivers' Championship winner, Lando Norris, and his teammate Oscar Piastri. Each car also comes with a commemorative plaque detailing McLaren's victories, pole positions, and fastest laps from the championship-winning season, offering an unparalleled connection to the team's success.
Mechanically, the Artura Spider MCL39 Championship Edition remains true to the acclaimed Artura Spider. It is powered by an electrically-assisted 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 engine producing 690 hp (700 PS), enabling it to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in a mere 3 seconds. This special edition represents McLaren's ultimate celebration of its F1 achievements, offering a rare opportunity for 10 discerning collectors to own a piece of automotive and motorsport legend.
